One of the challenges in hiring a person with a disability (PWD) is the language barrier, said Harl’s founder Harley Dave B. Beltran. Despite the challenge, he noted that the willingness to make adjustments that cater to everyone鈥檚 needs and capabilities can overcome this roadblock.
鈥淭he challenges (in) hiring a person with a disability starts from you, you as a person who hired them,鈥 Mr. Beltran said in an interview. 鈥淭he willingness to accept a person or someone in your house if you鈥檙e not comfortable, that鈥檚 the challenge. How are you going to hire them?鈥
