House prices continue to ease in Q1 2024
House prices in the Philippines eased to 6.1% in the 铿乺st three months of 2024, the central bank鈥檚 latest Residential Real Estate Price Index (RREPI) data showed. In the 铿乺st quarter, RREPI at the national level for all housing units was the lowest in seven quarters since the 2.6% recorded in the second quarter of 2022.
