The Philippines slipped by a notch to 103rd out of 165 countries in the latest edition of the Human Freedom Index (HFI), co-published by the and the . The country鈥檚 overall HFI score fell by 0.17 point to 6.52 in 2020. It was also below the 6.81 global average score.
