Philippines rises in elite quality rankings
The Philippines climbed six places to rank 61st out of 151 countries in the latest edition of the that assesses the elites鈥 contribution in wealth creation and society development. It placed seventh out of 10 Southeast Asian countries included in the index, ahead of Timor-Leste (64th overall), Laos (79th), and Myanmar (110th).
