The revised implementing rules and regulations which the Transportation department issued takes effect onThursday, July 6, 2017. The law against distracted driving specify acts prohibited for those driving a vehicle 鈥 public or private 鈥 that鈥檚 moving or is temporarily stopped at an intersection.
