The Philippines ranked the lowest in the region after placing 67^th out of 83 countries in its debut in by with an overall score of 5.89 out of 100. The index ranks countries based on capacity for artificial intelligence (AI) using 122 indicators under three pillars: implementation, innovation, and investment.
