Occupancy costs* for Manila鈥檚 prime of铿乧e spaces amounted to $32.6 per square foot (sq. ft.) a year in the fourth quarter of 2022, according to the latest Asia-Paci铿乧 Prime Of铿乧e Rental Index by real estate consultancy 铿乺m Knight Frank. It was the third most affordable of铿乧e space among 23 Asia-Paci铿乧 markets after Kuala Lumpur ($18.8/sq. ft.)
