PLDT Enterprise announced on Monday its partnership with Figaro Group, aimed at speeding up and further securing the food group鈥檚 communications and data transmittal processes.
PLDT Enterprise, the PLDT group鈥檚 corporate business unit, said in a statement that it is providing 鈥渁dditional digital services that will augment the connectivity and communication requirements of Figaro鈥檚 branches nationwide.鈥
鈥淔igaro Coffee Systems signed up for PLDT Enterprise鈥檚 ISDN PRI Services, with a total of 60 Channels, to complement their already existing Trunk line service in all branches,鈥 PLDT Enterprise added.
There is an increase in demand for online food deliveries due to the ongoing pandemic crisis.
Mike Barret, Figaro Group鈥檚 chief operating officer, said: 鈥淒espite these very challenging times, the food business climate has remained very competitive, particularly for the Figaro Group, and connectivity with our end customers and B2B (business-to-business) clients is key to staying successful.鈥
According to its website, Figaro Group is a diversified food conglomerate composed of Figaro Coffee, Angel鈥檚 Pizza and听 Tien Ma鈥檚 Taiwanese Cuisine.
Hastings Holdings, Inc., a unit of PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund subsidiary MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., has a stake in 大象传媒 through the Philippine Star Group, which it controls. 鈥 Arjay L. Balinbin
